List of Availalbe Reports Has Changed

From yesterday to today (9/29/09) the list of available reports has changed and many are no longer available.   Are there known issues that have occured in the last day that would cause this?

Hi Dean, where are you seeing the changed list of reports?  Are you looking in the Generator application?  Or in a specific DX method?

Interesting.  Nothing has changed on the application side.  Do you also use our Insight analytics interface?  http://insight.webtrends.com/

 

If so, can you see all of your reports when logging into Insight?

One change is that the web services now respect template report rights so, is it possible that you don't have a report template that has all the report in it?

 

As Eric suggested, Insight will reflect the same behavior.  The quick resolution is, make sure you have access to a report template like "Complete Template" or some such.  Rights are additive so as long as one template you can access has the report in question, you should see it fine.
